About Us
Demand for zero-defect wire harness assemblies has never been higher.
That’s why hundreds of manufactures rely on our solutions for wire harness quality assurance.
Our Expertise
For more than 40 years – and 16 patents later – we’ve been part of advancing the industries we’re in by designing solutions that help customers take quality assurance to new levels of excellence.
Our expertise comes from examining thousands of wire harness manufacturing lines, creating hundreds of applications, and installing thousands of crimp monitoring systems.
Our Quality
OES Technologies products are a specified requirement by global automotive manufacturers to detect part defects during production and are the common element to the many different types of manufacturing machines used to produce automotive electrical wire harnesses.
Whether installed on existing equipment or integrated into new production machines, our dynamic sensors, crimp monitors, laser analyzers and software solutions examine 100% of parts being manufactured to inspect wires harnesses and prevent defects from entering the supply chain; greatly increasing the quality and safety of automobiles.
Our Global Reach
OES Technologies, a division of OES Inc. is headquartered in Canada with sales offices in Asia, Europe and Mexico.
Our global distribution network spans 27 countries and counting. OES Technologies is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
